EAT, SKI LIVE is a high-concept, self-contained, docu-hybrid travel, foodie, action, lifestyle TV series that follows Millennial professional Chef, competitive water skier, action-seeker Lee Wright on an adventure around the world to end the stigma surrounding mental health and to eat locally, explore mightily, live boldly, and discover your balance!

Chef Lee Wright brings his twist on mouth-watering meals with local people he meets along the way. Audiences get an up-close, thrilling, in-your-face experience of Lee’s action and adventure via unique camera angles, enhanced sound, and even some daredevil feats.

Chef Lee staves off burnout, and manages his own mental health wellness by embracing the idea that cooking can be fun, quick and healthy and even stress-free! By incorporating travel, getting to know local people and their cultures and traditions, trying new flavors and foods, taking time to do things that challenge you beyond your work routine and require a different focus, you can be exhilarated, stimulated, and inspired for creativity in the kitchen and in life. EAT, SKI, LIVE promises to give you the perfect recipe for a healthy, active lifestyle.

Through visual storytelling involving food, beverages, action, adventure, travel, and tourism, EAT, SKI, LIVE, and intentional and engaging activities around mental health wellness and mindfulness, Chef Lee shows us why achieving a work-life balance is so important to our overall health and well-being. In every episode of EAT, SKI, and LIVE, our Discover Your Balance segment gives audiences a way to find balance, provides activities for mental health wellness, and enhances their quality of life!

EAT, SKI, LIVE Creator and Executive Producer

EAT, SKI, LIVE is being developed by Jill Hammergren, Creator and Executive Producer and Chef Lee Wright, Co-Creator and On-Air Host. While they come from different parts of the world – Jill is American and Lee is British – they share a love of travel, great food and beverages, incredible visual storytelling, and a global perspective on why we all need to achieve balance in our lives. EAT, SKI, LIVE entertains audiences and introduces them to unique places to visit, new foods to taste, and wild adventures to experience.

Jill Hammergren owns The Media Pro – a full-service production, media, marketing, and communications agency. She is an award-winning visual storyteller with 20+ years of experience connecting audiences and delivering measurable results by developing and producing TV, Video, and Film projects and creating additional content for print, digital, online, media, marketing, advertising, public relations, social media strategy, and implementation; brand ideation, creation, and development; corporate communications; B2C and B2B advertising, communications, and integration. She also does large event development, organization, management, support, and resource allocations. Jill has been recognized with multiple International Telly Awards for excellence in video, TV, and film production. Jill was the Location Manager and Associate Producer for the film The Harrow (2016).

Chef Lee Wright
Celebrity Chef and Host

Lee Wright is a Millennial professional chef with more than a decade of experience in menu and recipe development; event organization, management, and support; and fine dining, hotel, and gastropub kitchen management. He has worked as a chef in England, Norway, and Australia. He’s even cooked for the late Queen Elizabeth and her staff in Buckingham Palace.

In 2012, Lee competed as the youngest contestant in UK MasterChef: The Professionals. He also starred in The Wright Way online mini-series. Additionally, Lee has volunteered as a chef for WITH COMPASSION, an organization that has served 650,000 meals to the needy in London. He’s also a competitive trick slalom water skier with more than a decade of experience on the water around the world and an avid recreational snow skier.
